Purposeof the research

  • To examine the socio-economic and demographic status of the consumers of the 8q1 paint in industrial areas.

  • To conduct an analysis of the consumer behavior before and after the purchase of the paint

  • To study the psychological dynamics which promote clients to buy 8q1 paint.

  • To determine the degree of satisfaction derived by 8q1 customers.

  • To measure the gap prevalent between the satisfaction of clients and their preferences and put forward measures suitable to hinder the same.

StudyHypotheses

Theyare based on the purpose of the study.

  • The socio-economic position of clients impacts their attitudes about using the product significantly.

  • There is no connection between the purchased paint and the personal factor influences in the process of making decisions.

  • The attitudes of clients towards commercial establishment are not in any way linked to their personalities.

  • The level of client satisfaction associates with the selected paint brand, paint preference, fixed painting budget, the occasion of painting, etc.

Methodology

Themethodology comprises of two stages. The first stage is explanatory.This is where a collection of the study`s secondary literature wasconducted. It provides the basis for organizing the schedule for theinterview in the following stage. The second phase entails adescriptive research employing a method of survey.

Methodologydesign

Thedesign of the methodology will be simple and it will involve the twophases including the survey of the data. It will involve variousexperts to ensure the results of the study are accurate and helpfulfor the interruption of data.

Rationale

Thebody of my design revolves around 8q1 as a paint code, especially howit applies to the motor industry. I have made an attempt to researchhow well it does in the market by focusing on the attitudes ofclients. My design will involve a survey of a particularrepresentative of a whole.
