Theorganization discussed by Erica aims at offering affordable andconvenient health care. The health institution also strives toimprove access to sexual health information.

Thetwo posts have a different perspective on health care. The first postdiscusses the significance of nurses in effective and high-impactleadership. The nurses are expected to adopt the triple aimperspective of health care. The health strategy minimizes focus onvolume and increase attention on the value of health care. Ericaexplains the front line engagement approach to health care. The uppermanagement has introduced the Unit Based Teams (UBT) that comprisesfront line professionals, physicians, and health managers. UBT areeffective in enhancing health care because of superior communicationamong health care professionals (Cohen, Ptaskiewicz &amp Mipos,2010).

Healthcare challenges are explained in the posts. One experience at KaiserPermanente shows negligence by health staff and delay in providingmedical services. Negligence and delay compromise the quality ofhealth care offered to patients (Stephen et al., 2013). The chargenurse is negligent because she did not follow health protocol whentransferring a patient to the Emergency Response (ER) staff. Thepatient had to wait for the doctor and also the diagnosis results.Erica shows high levels of resignations by clinicians because of highpatient volume and mismanagement of the health institution.

Itis important to provide high-quality health care that is affordableto patients. All health stakeholders should strive to enhance healthcare outcomes. The family members of the patient should provideemotional and resource support. They are expected to provide care tothe patient during the treatment process and pay the hospital bills.The health professionals are encouraged to use the value-based healthcare system. High recovery and satisfaction level is achieved if thepatient is given individualized care.
