Community Psychologists shouldbe interested in factors of Program implementation so that they donot go wrong but instead put up a program that a group can adapt toeasily. The frequency of presentingthe program should be considered for it to reach every member of thecommunity (Kloos, 2012). Psychologists have the mandate to design aprevention program that nearly every one can fit into so that nomember is left out.

A psychologist shouldunderstand that the quality of prevention and promotion programrelies on how well it is implemented in various settings. This helpsin presenting the components of the program even when similarproblems emerge in the future. Moreover, actual engagement ofparticipants in the presentation ensures that the program is wellunderstood (Kloos, 2012). In this, case, it is also vital for thepsychologist to have interest in participant responsiveness.

Intendedparticipants should be enrolled or else it will be a waste of timewhen the program ends up being implemented on untargeted people(Kloos, 2012). For example, when implementing program on expectantwomen, it is crucial for the psychologist to ensure that theparticipants are all pregnant. Similarly, if the program is aboutprevention of depression, it should be implemented in many settingsto help people who are probably suffering from hopelessness or areyet to be affected.

When community psychologistsare concerned with how well promoting and prevention programs areimplemented in many settings, there is a high probability thateveryone gets the same opportunity. Additionally, a preventionprogram should reach a large setting to prevent dangers that canoccur if whatever is being presented is not practiced. Wellimplementation of the program enables the achievement of its goal.
