Therefore this paper explores thepossible effects of too much use of smartphones in one`s life.

Physicalpain

Physicalpain can be as a result of too much concentration on the cell phone.Therefore looking down on these devices for a long time puts a lot ofpressure on the neck hence causing weight imbalance between the headand the neck. Other damages are as a result of accidents associatedwith too much concentration on the phone. For example, one can tripor bump into another person. It also promotes weight gain cases andobesity due to lack of time for exercising.

Distractionfrom a romantic life

Accordingto marriage and family therapists, cell phones not only distract butalso destroy relationships.
