Advancementin technology resulted in the introduction of robots that makesindividuals think that it will be a threat to the need for humanworkforce in the years to come (Heywang). In spite of theirefficiency, ability to deliver faster and cheap cost of maintenance, the use of robots is not a solution to the need for better manpowerproblem. Therefore, this analysis emphasizes on why robots will leadto humans finding new jobs that matter.

Emergingtechnologies have automated most tasks that were physically executedbefore by people. The use of robots has thrived in this field, butunfortunately, robots are incapable of working on their own(Heywang). Most firms using robots watch as they work, unlike humanbeings who can work unsupervised and help reach organizational goals. are only capable of improving work efficiency but notreplacing human beings. The sophistication in robot technology willlead to new jobs where humans with the capability to understand robottechnology will get tasked with supervisory roles.

Humanbeings Intelligence allows them to make divergent decisions ondifferent matters. Therefore, divergent decision-making makes humanssuitable in organizations they work (Robot Technology). Unlikehumans, are programmed to perform specific tasks which make ithard for them to help in solving problems that require properthinking. Failure of a robot to execute command will trigger humansto seek a solution for further technology advancement hence creationof new jobs.

Mostpeople regard robots as better than humans due to their perfectedabilities. Unfortunately, they lack an efficient communication aspectas compared to that of a human. The limitation makes them the worstcandidates for replacing people in the employment sector because theelement of teamwork and flow of information in an organization islost (Heywang). Humans will have to receive education and knowledgeon the functionality of robots thus creating jobs for instructors.

Managementand evaluation are imperative in any organization that aims atachieving success and growth (Robot Technology). Human beings depictthese two capabilities and can use them anyhow in meeting theirgoals. , on the contrary, cannot efficiently accommodate thesetraits considering that they work on designed systems that arelimited to the ideas of the person responsible for their design.

Insummary, the above paragraphs emphasize on how robots will create newjobs for humans regarding the need for supervision, the design ofcontrol software, teachers on working procedures, and advancement forcomplicated solution handling. All these reasons outlined clearlyshow that human beings will forever remain relevant in theirrespective job as a result of robots presence.
