Thearticles used as references were efficient as they providedsufficient information to examine the level of nursing practice andestablish strategies to improve primary healthcare services topatients suffering from Kennedy ulcers. For a long time, the nurses`role to provide primary care services including wellness services,diagnosis, prevention services, and better management for most of thebasic illnesses has received significant scrutiny from the Americanswho now demand and seek to be provided with the best primary healthcare services. The key objective of this research was to examine thescope in which nursing practitioners provide care services to theKennedy ulcer patients. According to Fairman et al., (2011), mostphysician organizations felt that nurses are unable to provideoptimum nursing services to Kennedy ulcer patients because theybelieve that they did not receive adequate and efficient training.However, the main research barrier to acquiring viable findings wasdue to the level of support from the physician participants who tookpart in the study. The restricting factors for nurses to practice totheir full capacity were mainly attributed to the state regulatoryrestrictions. States laws differ in terms of dictating what thenurses should and should not do. These differences entail theformulation of conditions for recommending privileges, conductingchart reviews and inaccuracies. Rush et al. (2013) carried outresearch to address the issues that affected the overall healthenvironment to improve transition programs for new nursing students.The transition programs were to focus on the education, support,professionalism and workplace themes. The research conducted wasmeant to investigate the nurses` experiences in nursing developmentprograms. This implied that there existed a huge barrier, as thestudy did not focus on issues relating to Kennedy ulcers patientswhich reduced the research duration however, the findings generatedwere sufficient to enhance better retention and competencies ofnursing graduates who were providing health care services to Kennedyulcer patients.

Itis crucial to note that new nursing graduate education programsshould be focused on skills development and that every instructorshould receive a better level of formal education (Polit &amp Beck,2013). The nursing practitioners` education and training programs aremainly facilitated by the federal government which considers them asa valuable investment. Additionally, provision of education andtraining facilities is one of the cost-effective ways that will helpcurb the growing shortages of nurses. It is high time to put in placeviable control and management of state regulations, a standardizeddegree of practice, healthy and conducive work environments. Nursesshould be given moral support as well as opportunities to interactwith other colleagues. Managing the escalating scarcities of nursingpractitioners may not be the best control strategy, but will tend toserve as a base to ensure that care providers work to their fullestcapabilities (Rush et al., 2013). Effective implementation of newdelivery methods like medical homes and responsible nursing careorganizations that will offer optimal management and intermediatecare to Kennedy ulcer patients warrants the establishment of aninterdisciplinary workforce where nurses will be capable of providinga broad range of services, from incident management to the ailmentand wellness management of Kennedy ulcers in patients. The primarygoal is to help health care providers to join forces as they striveto promote better services for every Kennedy ulcer patient.
