The knowledge gained in the research process is critical indetermining the knowledge and skills that one need to use inimplementing the evidence-based practice in a hospital. Besides that,one needs to consult multiple people that have vast knowledge in thatspecific field. In fact, a team of participants that understand how aproject works will help them in implementing it efficiently. Hence,it is fair enough if one educates the participants using a widevariety of methods to ensure that they fully understand the elementsconsidered. One needs to undertake intensive research that willcollect all the critical facts that will help in identifying theproblem and its consequences too. A problem might also have otheralternatives but, the helpful way to handle it is finding the onethat is less costly and has multiple benefits to the management too.The project also showed that the nurses should always prioritize thesafety of the patients (Yeung et al., 2011). More importantly, theirquick recovery will improve the image of an organization and resultin more referrals as well. As a result, the management should alsofocus on reducing any obstacles that will undermine the quality ofcare. However, the implementation of a change is not the last phasesince the participants will have to undertake an evaluation plan. Inthis case, the evaluation will undertake an assessment that will helpin determining if the project will reach the goals agreed earlier.More specifically, the evaluation plan looks at the responses of theparticipants and identifies any mistakes that might interfere withthe way that the project works. Working on the response of theparticipants, is a perfect way of finding the solutions andfacilitate the safety of the patients.
